What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead quality, environmental, health, and safety initiatives that improve operational performance, strengthen compliance, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive problem-solving and corrective action efforts by identifying root causes, reducing defects, and improving customer and employee outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, enhance manufacturing performance, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Oversee audits, compliance activities, and management systems to maintain alignment with quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and coach teams on quality and safety best practices, building accountability, capability, and engagement across the facility.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years in a Quality/Safety role within a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3 years in a management role
• Black Belt in Six Sigma
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
• Experience with behavior-based safety and structured root cause investigation
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change
