1. To ensure new product/process/option released per Danfoss's requirement
2. To ensure quality related KPIs meet targets through continous improvement.
3. Ensure quality systems(IATF16949/FMEA/CP/SOP/Audit)and standards(SOP..) are in place and make sure they are followed
4. Help to protect internal /external customers against failures in the problem solving process
5. Drive supplier management Dept to manage outsource parts and componets quality to meet Danfoss‘s requirement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Quality processes within own manufacturing unit is executed in compliance with customer specific requirements and the Danfoss-QMS
- Own manufacturing unit is continuously improving performance to meet the quality objectives and targets
- Customers is protected by preventing non conforming products to enter the market
- The employees in the area has a strong quality mindset, competencies and customer focus
- Year over Year significant and continuous reduction in warranty costs (COPQ), customer incidents (PPM), and internal quality performance (IPPM)
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified in a relevant manufacturing, engineering or other industrial discipline.
- 4 or above years min as a fully educated quality engineer or above in an ISO or TS approved electronical manufacturing company. Priority in automative industry, second in machinery industry or electronic industry.
- Trained quality auditor with experience of internal and external audits.Priority are IATF16949 auditor and VDA6.3 auditor.
- Strong working knowledge and formally trained in PFMEA, Control Plans, Cap Studies & 8Ds.
- Good problem solving skills applying standard quality tools.
- Strong working passion and positive with ownership and take over high pressure working load.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
