  • Use your skills in Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC) to improve capability, stability, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct internal audits and process layered audits (PLAs) to ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in automotive quality engineering within a manufacturing environment to manage floor containment, reduce scrap, and handle complex root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and strong knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / CCR standards.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and managing technical personnel such as Quality Technicians and Lab Testing Technicians.
  • Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Red X) to deliver robust, data-driven corrective actions.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to present technical data, reports, and action plans confidently.
