The Impact You'll Make

As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your work will directly support the HR team by keeping candidate documentation accurate, organized, and compliant—enabling recruiters to focus on attracting top talent.
 
You will contribute to a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely follow-ups, and well-structured onboarding processes. Your attention to detail will help ensure every new hire starts their journey on the right foot.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR administration, and onboarding, while developing essential skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Manage and organize employee files and candidate documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and easy access
  • Review and validate candidate documents to support a smooth and compliant hiring process
  • Follow up with candidates via calls and communication to complete documentation and keep processes moving
  • Support onboarding activities, including contract signatures and new hire documentation, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Track and update recruitment metrics and reports to provide visibility into hiring progress and support decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • Current student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organization and attention to detail when handling documentation and data
  • Intermediate to Advanced English 
  • High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork
