What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and organize employee files and candidate documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and easy access
- Review and validate candidate documents to support a smooth and compliant hiring process
- Follow up with candidates via calls and communication to complete documentation and keep processes moving
- Support onboarding activities, including contract signatures and new hire documentation, ensuring a seamless experience
- Track and update recruitment metrics and reports to provide visibility into hiring progress and support decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Current student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organization and attention to detail when handling documentation and data
- Intermediate to Advanced English
- High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork
