Danfoss is looking for a Regional Fulfillment Analyst to join our Regional Fulfillment LAM team within the Climate Solutions segment. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless product availability, optimizing supply chain performance, and delivering exceptional service to our customers across Latin America.

What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization
- Partner with factories to secure optimal product availability.
- Balance delivery service improvements with inventory optimization, including reducing slow‑moving stock.
Performance Management
- Monitor, analyze, and report on delivery performance.
- Drive initiatives to reduce lead times and maintain continuous material flow.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics to align fulfillment goals.
- Ensure smooth execution of processes to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery and material flow.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
- SAP MM expertise (SD knowledge is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Advanced English; Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
- Broad understanding of sales, marketing, and business operations.
- Ability to present solutions effectively to senior management.
