At Danfoss Drives, you'll help shape the future of water and wastewater infrastructure by delivering innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. Your work will directly support municipalities, utilities, and industrial customers as they address critical water management challenges.
 
As Regional Sales Manager, Water, you'll drive growth across Texas and the Gulf U.S., building trusted relationships with customers, consulting engineers, and industry stakeholders. You'll play a key role in expanding Danfoss' presence in one of the most important markets for water and wastewater solutions.
 
You'll join a team committed to making a meaningful difference through technology, customer partnership, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Grow and develop the Water/Wastewater business across Texas and the Southwest through new customer acquisition, account development, and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with end users, consulting engineers, contractors, and channel partners, positioning Danfoss as a trusted advisor and solutions provider.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer operations, objectives, and decision-making processes to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Communicate the technical and commercial benefits of Danfoss Drives solutions while guiding customers through the sales process and overcoming challenges.
  • Coordinate sales activities across Danfoss business segments to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve territory growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Solid experience in customer-facing technical sales, preferably involving variable frequency drives, rotating equipment, or solutions serving the water and wastewater market.
  • Knowledge of the Water/Wastewater industry, with established relationships across Texas and/or the Southwest region considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, opportunity management processes, and account planning methodologies.
  • A self-motivated professional with strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a travel-intensive territory. 
  • Travel is expected up to 70%, primarily within the United States, with occasional international travel.

    This is a full time opportunutity with  bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
