The Impact You'll Make

As Regional Supplier Quality Manager, you will shape supplier quality performance across EMEA, ensuring our suppliers deliver consistently high quality that enables Danfoss to meet customer expectations and business goals. Your leadership will directly influence product reliability, time to market, and supplier partnerships.

By leading a small, highly skilled regional team, you will turn data and insight into action—driving prevention over correction and embedding robust quality practices from development through serial production.

Working at the interface between suppliers and our global organization, you will create alignment, transparency, and trust, helping Danfoss scale quality excellence in a complex, international environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop a regional team of Supplier Quality professionals, building capability, engagement, and clear priorities across locations.
  • Own supplier quality performance in EMEA by steering audits, corrective actions, and improvement plans that reduce risk and improve delivery quality.
  • Embed quality early by ensuring effective use of APQP and PPAP in new product introductions and major sourcing or change projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes, tools, and best practices across the region and aligning with global ways of working.
  • Partner with stakeholders in Procurement, Engineering, and Business Units to enable fact-based decisions and strong supplier relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading supplier quality in a manufacturing environment, including people leadership in an international context.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of supplier quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, audits, PFMEA, control plans, and corrective action methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of quality management systems, including ISO and IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures, balancing strategic direction with operational execution.
  • Self Driven personality
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
