As our Repair Technician (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in enabling sustainable technical solutions and supporting customers in using their equipment efficiently and responsibly.

Your impact? You ensure that our products operate reliably, that damages are professionally resolved, and that customers worldwide benefit from durable, efficient solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with service and sales teams across various countries and regions and take ownership of repair processes, damage assessments, and technical service activities—helping us move toward a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Take full ownership of processing service orders in our workshop
  • Support customers and internal teams by conducting damage assessments and planning and prioritizing repair and service work on Drives products
  • Collaborate with service and sales teams across different countries and regions
  • Use your technical skills to carry out repair and maintenance tasks on frequency converters and device components
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge to help improve how we work in technical service

What We're Looking For

 

  • A completed vocational training in an electrotechnical profession and experience with repair and maintenance work on electrical assemblies or systems, with the ability to solve technical problems reliably.
  • Confident use of IT tools, especially MS Office, or the willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in exchange with international teams.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • A mindset focused on customer orientation, dedication, and continuous improvement.
