The Impact You'll Make

As our Demand Planner – SIOP, you’ll play a key role in driving effective demand planning and inventory management processes to ensure customer needs are met across a long-term planning horizon. You will support business continuity and operational efficiency by aligning demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning activities across the organization.

Your impact? You will help improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and strengthen cross-functional decision-making—benefiting our customers, our operations, and our overall business performance.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, taking ownership of SIOP coordination, inventory analysis, and planning optimization, helping us move toward a more efficient and customer-focused future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate monthly SIOP meetings and planning review cycles to support forecast accuracy and business alignment across product lines.
  • Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and financial data to support executive decision-making and scenario planning activities.
  • Monitor inventory performance and develop action plans to achieve inventory targets while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning and Procurement teams to optimize safety stock strategies, supplier lead times, and inventory parameters.
  • Analyze SAP planning parameters, lead times, and business trends to drive continuous improvement and planning accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in demand planning, SIOP, or supply chain planning processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, and advanced Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • A mindset of analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
