The Impact You'll Make

As our Global Quality Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting global quality strategies with manufacturing operations across our Data Center Liquid Cooling business. Your work will help strengthen quality systems, standardize critical processes, and improve product reliability across multiple manufacturing locations.

Your contribution will directly support manufacturing performance, customer satisfaction, and the continued growth of our Data Center Liquid Cooling solutions.
 
You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, New Product Development, and global quality teams, taking ownership of cross-site quality coordination and helping us build a more standardized, reliable, and customer-focused operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate quality activities across manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with global standards, quality systems, and business priorities.
  • Drive the standardization of inspection, testing, rework, containment, and documentation practices to improve product quality and consistency.
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to resolve internal and customer-related quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Support new product development and manufacturing readiness activities, including validation, PPAP requirements, audits, and quality planning.
  • Monitor quality performance, share lessons learned, and implement best practices that help reduce defects, scrap, recurring issues, and customer complaints.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or another relevant technical field.
  • Experience within manufacturing quality, customer quality, supplier quality, or a related function, with the ability to coordinate activities across different teams or locations.
  • Practical knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone Analysis, combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems and processes, including ISO or IATF standards, corrective and preventive actions, PPAP, and new product development.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and travel internationally when required.
