The Impact You'll Make

As our Industrial Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and optimizing production processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. You will create workflows, balance production lines, and define standard work while collaborating closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering during APQP development.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of process optimization, continuous improvement projects, and capital initiatives, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the design and optimization of process flows, layouts, and material movement to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Support production cells with engineering assistance, ensuring availability and efficiency in assembly processes.
  • Collaborate on APQP activities including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, and Control Plan inputs for new product launches.
  • Use your skills in Lean Manufacturing, time studies, and statistical analysis to drive improvements in KPIs such as OEE, efficiency, and scrap reduction.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities such as Kaizen, Ideas Programs, and cost-out initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or related field).
  • Proven experience in industrial/process engineering or continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in time study techniques (MOST, MODAPS, MTM, etc.) and continuous flow processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (or other drawing tools) and experience designing/implementing fixtures.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and suppliers.
