Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment Representative based in our Reynosa Plant As our new Order Fulfillment Representative, you will be responsible for Establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking support for each customer account as assigned. Ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are necessary to have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Understand inbound calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfoss’s products and services for accounts on charge.
  • Partnering with customers in phone conversation or email to determine what products they need and when.
  • Collaborating with other sales, transportation, fulfillment, and plant teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations.
  • Order Processing, Delivery/Warehouse Coordination, Order Management, and After Sales Process.
  • Establishing and maintaining a profitable relationship with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned.
  • Conducting analysis of a customer’s forecast, trends in orders, and contract details to ensure we are staying ahead of their needs.
  • Supporting fellow Customer Service team members locally and internationally, as needed, to ensure the team can achieve annual goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 Years Work Experience in Customer Service environment.
  • Order Process Knowledge, Escalation Process Knowledge.
  • Professional Communication both Written & Verbal.
  • Relationship Building Skills with Customer Focus.
  • Ability to accept and grow from Constructive Feedback.
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge Required.
  • Sales Force Experience Preferred - ability to learn.
  • Exceptional Phone, Email and Customer Communication Skills.
  • Problem Solving Techniques and Implementation skills.Flexible, welcome change and improvements.
  • Extreme attention to detail & Ability to Multitask.
  • English conversational and written skills required.
  • SAP Experience Preferred.
  • Manufacturing Environment experience
