Como Asistente de Producción en el área de Extrusión, serás una pieza clave en la coordinación y seguimiento de las actividades diarias de producción. Tu contribución ayudará a garantizar la eficiencia operativa, el cumplimiento de los programas de manufactura y la entrega de productos de calidad a nuestros clientes.
Trabajarás de cerca con líderes de producción, personal operativo y áreas de soporte para asegurar un flujo de trabajo seguro, eficiente y enfocado en la mejora continua.

Habilidades
- Organización y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
- Liderazgo e influencia positiva.
Conocimientos
- Procesos de manufactura, preferentemente en extrusión.
- Control y seguimiento de indicadores de producción.
- Herramientas de mejora continua (5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, entre otras).
- Interpretación básica de datos y reportes de producción.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook).
- Sistemas SAP o ERP o software de manufactura (deseable).
- Conocimientos básicos de calidad, seguridad y productividad.
Escolaridad y Experiencia
- Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Manufactura o carrera afín.
- Experiencia previa en manufactura o producción (deseable).
- Experiencia en procesos de extrusión será considerada una ventaja.
- Inglés básico-intermedio (deseable).
