What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the tactical buyer process, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic procurement goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and adapt to changing demands.
  • Implement material replenishment procedures that optimize inventory levels and meet supply demands efficiently.
  • Drive supplier performance by ensuring timely delivery and managing inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and environmental health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Several years of experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management.
  • Proven experience in supervision and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with SAP.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
