As our Production Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient production flow by aligning customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. You will support operational performance through accurate planning, timely production order execution, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery, inventory, and productivity goals.

Your impact? You will help improve on-time delivery performance, optimize inventory levels, and strengthen operational continuity by driving effective planning processes and proactive issue resolution. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.
You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Production teams, taking ownership of production scheduling, ERP planning accuracy, KPI monitoring, and planning improvements, helping us move toward a more efficient and customer-focused future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity to support delivery and productivity objectives.
- Release and monitor production orders while coordinating timely resolution of shortages, overdue orders, and operational constraints.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to align priorities and support business continuity.
- Analyze planning and operational KPIs to identify gaps, support corrective actions, and improve inventory and delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate planning master data and support continuous improvement initiatives within ERP and production planning processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing planning environments.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, forecasting techniques, inventory optimization, and production order management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze planning data, operational KPIs, and business trends.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
