What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead strategic supplier relationships, driving capacity management, delivery performance, supplier
development, and long-term collaboration. - Own sourcing and commercial activities, including supplier contracts, price negotiations, and
benchmarking to strengthen competitiveness and create sustainable value. - Coordinate supplier activities for project ramp-ups and ramp-downs while leading initiatives focused
on cost reduction, quality improvement, and delivery performance. - Manage supplier change requests and logistics agreements, partnering across functions to align
requirements and improve end-to-end supply performance. - Protect supply continuity by proactively managing supplier-part escalations and leading
cross-functional teams through root-cause problem solving to achieve timely, sustainable resolutions.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree combined with relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a
related business environment. - Experience managing suppliers, sourcing activities, negotiations, supply-chain challenges, or related
procurement responsibilities, with a focus on delivering business results. - Strong negotiation, networking, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to
balance commercial priorities and supply requirements. - A proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to navigate competing interests
and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization. - Strong English communication skills for frequent collaboration with global teams and suppliers.
