L’activité du groupe Danfoss (42 000 collaborateurs, présent dans le monde entier) se définit dans la maîtrise du chauffage, du conditionnement d'air, de la réfrigération et des contrôles de process dans l'industrie. Au sein de notre division Commercial Compressors, nous recherchons Un(e) Coordinateur Service Client (F/H). Poste basé à Trévoux (01).

Job Responsibilities

  • Apporter un service efficace, proactif et professionnel sur un portefeuille clients.

  • Supporter les équipes dans la gestion de commandes, demandes et autres services clients par téléphone, email, SAP ou autres supports.

  • Être formé sur les outils standards bureautiques et de gestion, utilisés dans les services administration des ventes (ERP pour la gestion des commandes, CRM pour la base de données clients

  • Être formé que les process et procédures Danfoss, être ouvert à l’évolution des modes de travail, flexible afin que le client reste la priorité.

  • Travailler en contact étroit avec les équipes ventes et support technique.

  • Planifier, coordonner des réunions et des modules de formation

  • Participer à la mise en forme des supports, contenus et comptes rendu de réunions ou formations

  • Contribuer à l’utilisation et au développement de la digitalisation

Prérequis:

  • Motivation

  • Recherche quotidienne d’amélioration continue du travail par l’apprentissage et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles compétences, avec l’appui du Responsable de Groupe CS.

  • Vous êtes responsable, impliqué avec un esprit orienté solution.

  • Bonnes compétences relationnelles

  • Vous savez communiquer avec aisance à l’oral et à l’écrit.

  • Flexible et ouvert au changement et aux améliorations

  • L’anglais serait un plus
