Au sein de notre division Commercial Compressors, nous recherchons Un(e) Responsable d'Equipe Montage - Nuit (F/H). Poste basé à Trévoux (01).

Job Responsibilities

Rattaché(e) au Responsable UAP Scroll, vous gérez et animez une équipe de production dans le but de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de sécurité, qualité, délais et productivité de votre secteur.

Vous aurez principalement en charge de :

  • Gérer le personnel de son équipe 

  • Garantir le niveau de ressources en fonction des besoins clients

  • Piloter la performance de son secteur, assurer la qualité des produits et la sécurité du personnel

  • Animer des groupes de résolution de problèmes sécurité, qualité, production

Background & Skills

  • BAC + 2 ou équivalent

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expériences dans l’industrie sur des métiers des Opérations

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience de management d'équipe

  • Savoir communiquer, animer et fédérer

  • Rigueur, organisation, bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
