This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a global engineering company, while strengthening production capability and contributing to reliable, high-quality manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise and support production operators and technicians to build accountability, performance, and team capability.
  • Track production performance across throughput, yield, downtime, and scrap, and take action to improve results.
  • Work with maintenance, engineering, supply chain, quality, and SHEQ teams to solve production issues and reduce downtime.
  • Lead daily production activities to help the team meet output, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
  • Support safe, clean, and compliant operations by applying safety standards, 5S practices, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement methods.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years experience in a production or manufacturing environment, including experience leading or supervising teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field will be advantageous.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and production performance management.
  • Understanding of quality, safety, and environmental standards, such as ISO 9001, OHSA, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Confidence using digital tools, including MS Office and production-related systems such as ERP or MES, plus availability to work shifts when required.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
