Job Description

Danfoss is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Graduate (Hydronics) to join our Climate Solutions segment based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to start their careers and gain valuable professional experience in this 2 year Graduate Program. You will be part of a group of ambitious & enthusiastic graduates ready to share fresh perspectives that will serve as a catalyst for Danfoss' overarching goal of engineering a better tomorrow.

The position will be based in Riyadh, KSA.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market opportunities, and industry trends, helping to identify areas for growth.
  • Handle customer and partner queries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct presentations to clients to explain the proposed solutions and their benefits.
  • Assist in scheduling marketing events to enhance customer engagement.
  • Assess customer needs and project requirements to offer our solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Identify potential project sales opportunities and prepare detailed proposals.
  • Upload sales opportunities in the Salesforce and keeping our sales data up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and market analytical reports.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Clear understanding of HVAC system is an important success factor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
