You’ll gain exposure to real product development cycles, work with experienced engineers, and deepen your technical expertise through hands-on projects. We offer a supportive environment where learning is continuous, feedback is encouraged, and curiosity is rewarded.

This role provides a strong foundation for a future in mechanical engineering, with opportunities to grow your skills in simulation, testing, and advanced compressor technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze rotordynamic behavior using modeling and simulation tools to support compressor performance and reliability
  • Conduct vibration testing and modal analysis to validate prototypes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Create and maintain engineering documentation to clearly communicate test results and insights
  • Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues and determine root causes of vibration or structural challenges
  • Support prototype builds and validation testing to bring new designs from concept to reality

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree or recently completed a Masters Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace or Aero-Thermal Engineering or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of vibration analysis, rotordynamics, or mechanical design through coursework or projects
  • Experience with CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, CATIA) and basic engineering analysis methods
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in a hands-on environment
  • Strong organization skills and a self-motivated approach to problem-solving

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
