The Impact You'll Make

You will play a key role in shaping how we plan, balance, and optimize our supply chain in High Pressure Pumps. As our new SIOP Manager in Nordborg, you will drive the development of our Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning processes and help ensure we make smarter, data-driven decisions across the business.

This is a newly created specialist role where you will have the opportunity to influence how things are built from the ground up. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to turn complex data into clear insights that guide business decisions and strengthen our operational performance.

Your work will directly support a more resilient, agile, and future-ready supply chain—helping us meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

•    Lead SIOP processes to align demand, supply, and inventory with business goals and improve decision-making
•    Drive the transition from Anaplan to IBP (Integrated Business Planning) in SAP
•    Run monthly planning cycles across demand, operations, and inventory to ensure accurate forecasts and balance
•    Develop planning models and scenarios to anticipate risks and support proactive business decisions
•    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize inventory and improve overall supply chain performance

What We're Looking For

•    Experience with SIOP/IBP or end-to-end supply chain planning in a global or complex environment
•    Strong skills in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and data-driven planning and analytics
•    Ability to work confidently with large datasets and tools such as Excel or planning systems (e.g., Anaplan)
•    Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insights clearly
•    Professional proficiency in English (Danish is an advantage but not required)

What You'll Get from Us

At High Pressure Pumps, you’ll join a collaborative and down-to-earth team where trust and teamwork are key. We value learning and continuous improvement, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow your expertise while shaping an important function within the business.
You’ll work from our site in Nordborg, close to production and key stakeholders, giving you direct impact on decisions and outcomes. While the role is primarily on-site to support collaboration and onboarding, we support flexibility where it makes sense.
We offer a meaningful role with high visibility, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence how we plan and operate as a global company.

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you enjoy working with data, turning insights into action, and collaborating across teams to improve business outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
