The Impact You'll Make

Support supplier development, conduct formal audits, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Supplier Audit & Qualification
Lead VDA 6.3 process audits for new supplier qualification and periodic re‑qualification.
Evaluate supplier manufacturing processes, quality systems, risk controls, and capability maturity.
Prepare audit reports, identify gaps, issue corrective actions (CAR/8D), and verify the effectiveness of closure.
Support PPAP, APQP, and sample approval for new materials and components.
2. Supplier Development & Continuous Improvement
Develop mid‑ to long‑term supplier capability roadmaps aligned with company quality expectations.
Guide suppliers on best practices in process control, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, control plans, and robust manufacturing discipline.
Improve supplier yield, reliability, and consistency through coaching, on‑site visits, and structured improvement programs.
Drive zero‑defect culture and enhance supplier problem‑solving maturity.
3. Supplier Issue Resolution (SCAR Management)
Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective action implementation for supplier-related internal or customer issues.
Facilitate cross‑functional problem solving using 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc methods.
Ensure timely resolution of supplier issues and prevent recurrence through systemic fixes.
4. Supplier Performance Management
Monitor KPIs including incoming quality performance, delivery accuracy, response time, and cost impact.
Develop and execute supplier improvement plans for low‑performing suppliers.
Participate in quarterly and annual supplier performance reviews.
5. Cross‑functional Collaboration

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor degree in electronics/materials/environment/safety related majors
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality in semiconductor, power electronics, or high‑reliability industries
  • Certified VDA 6.3 Auditor
  • Strong self-study and good motivation
  • Communication, inter-personal skills and organization skills which allow efficient communication and engagement at all levels and functions
  • English can be treated as working language
