As our Customer Service, you’ll play a key role in will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer support by managing open orders, analyzing delivery dates, and expediting factory shipments to meet service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets
Your impact? Success and collaborate with internal teams such as Planning, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Credit Management, as well as with Sales Engineers and external customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide timely and effective support to customers and suppliers via phone and email regarding orders, deliveries, inventory, and transportation.
- Resolve inquiries, confirm order data, manage invoice complaints, and open non-conformity cases to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create, modify, review, and monitor orders within the SAP system, adhering to established procedures to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Track customer requests through online portals to ensure timely order fulfillment and execution of sales.
- Oversee daily billing processes, including the release of new orders, to meet company goals for availability and reliability.
What We're Looking For
- 1-5 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Proficiency as a user in Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward improving customer service processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and navigate complex internal processes.
- A customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy to ensure high customer satisfaction.
