As our Sales Administration Supervisor, you will a key to support our industrial customers, structured OEMs, and partners in Argentina, Chile and Colombia. The primary focus is to ensure process standardization, service excellence, and the achievement of regional KPIs, serving as the main bridge between global leadership and local operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Team Management & Performance: Lead and develop local analysts, ensuring team engagement and high productivity in a regional setup.
2. Process Standardization: Implement and audit uniform workflows throughout the LAM region, adapting them to local regulatory requirements when necessary.
3. KPI Management: Monitor and report critical performance indicators at a regional level.
4. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Logistics, and Product departments to resolve operational bottlenecks affecting the customer experience.
5. Optimization & Technology: Identify opportunities for implementing CRM tools, AI, and automation to scale regional support operations.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Spanish: Fluent/Native (for daily communication with most of the region).
3. English: Advanced/Fluent (for reporting to headquarters and global meetings).
4. Solid experience in Customer Service, preferably in B2B environments
5. Experience in team leadership
6. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, or SAP Service Cloud).
7. Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel or BI tools knowledge).
