The Impact You'll Make
As our new Sales Channel Coordinator, you will turn our regional partner ecosystem into a more disciplined, capable and growth-oriented route to market. You will connect regional strategy with local execution, strengthen distributor performance and help expand Danfoss Drives’ presence across the Cluster Countries LAM through consistent governance, enablement and commercial follow-through.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead regional channel governance and translate commercial priorities into clear country and partner action plans, with targets, ownership and follow-up.
- Drive profitable growth through distributors, system integrators and representatives by developing opportunities, improving pipeline conversion and supporting installed-base, retrofit and lifecycle-service initiatives.
- Establish a repeatable management cadence for forecasts, pipeline reviews, inventory, sell-out visibility, quarterly business reviews, risks and corrective actions.
- Strengthen partner capability through structured commercial and technical enablement, coordinating training, certification, joint customer activities and product launches.
- Coordinate Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Support, Sales and Service resources, while preventing or resolving channel conflicts and escalating business risks when needed.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, combined with relevant commercial experience in B2B industrial markets.
- Proven experience developing indirect sales channels, distributors or partners, including commercial planning, performance reviews and opportunity development.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to work with forecasts, pipeline, pricing, inventory, customer priorities and partner commitments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching and negotiation skills in a multicultural, matrix organization.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, availability for regional travel, and disciplined use of CRM and business reporting tools.
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
