The Impact You'll Make

As a Sales Coordinator – EMEA, you play a key role in keeping our global sales organization running smoothly and efficiently.

This role is based in Nordborg and is primarily on-site, working closely with our local team while supporting the EMEA Sales organization.

By coordinating people, data, and activities, you enable our sales leaders to focus on what matters most: building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.

You create clarity and momentum across teams. Well-prepared meetings, smooth customer interactions, and reliable insights start with you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate customer visits, events, and internal meetings to ensure professional end-to-end execution

  • Prepare meetings and follow up on actions, enabling confident and timely decision-making

  • Maintain and develop sales dashboards and reports, turning CRM data into actionable insights

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support (calendar, travel, communication) to keep operations running smoothly

  • Support sales projects and trainee development, contributing to team performance and growth

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a commercial, sales, or marketing support role within an international environment

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Confidence working with SAPCRM systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data

  • Clear and professional communication skills in Danish and English

  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
