The Sales Development Manager is responsible for OEM profitable growth for solution with Hydrostatics products in conjunction with the globe HPC and MPC portfolio managers. Creation, implementation and performance management of strategies, programs, processes and support functions for the effective marketing of DPS based on both channel & market needs and trend analysis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales development for hydrostatics products and drive profitable growth initiatives in different sales channel that match 5 yr growth pipeline.
- Direct voice of customer to business. Providing market feedback to PM team for product roadmaps.
- Support regional sales on solution proposals and monitor CM (financial KPIs) by different OEMs.
- Customer engagement to get growth plan, future footprint, future technology identification and executed as well as meeting customers' expectations.
- Globe coordination of business issue. Increase mindshare of regional sales teams.
- Profitably increase market share with hydrostatics products.
- Montthly review and report business in related sales channel (like sales YTD, pipleline, NNW, at risk, CM, application market changing).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical /hydraulic engineering.
- +5 years’ experience as engineering / sales in off-high way industry.
