You’ll collaborate with account sales teams and take ownership of strategic sales plans, helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive sales growth by actively pursuing new business opportunities and exceeding targets for our Orbital Motor and Gear product lines.
- Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our customers, providing in-depth product support and collaborating on innovative solutions.
- Partner with account sales teams to identify and secure new opportunities, increasing our market share with both distributors and OEM clients.
- Act as a vital link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication on everything from quality and delivery to new product proposals.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we innovate and serve our customers.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Several years of technical experience in the fluid power industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of hydraulic circuits.
- Proven commercial experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in modern IT tools.
- The ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization and collaborate effectively with international teams.
