What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute the Americas sales strategy for Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers, translating market opportunities into sustainable business growth.
- Partner with regional sales teams on heat exchanger selection, pricing, forecasting, and demand planning to deliver the right solutions for customers.
- Build and advance a pipeline of new opportunities with existing and prospective OEM customers across the HVACR market.
- Support customer negotiations and commercial agreements, helping sales teams turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Expand our market reach by identifying new applications and sales channels in areas such as hydraulics, hydronics, and process industries while staying current on relevant technologies and competitive trends.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (technical or commercial education accepted). Sales and Marketing education on top of that is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience ideally in Heat Transfer area
- Experience in the HVAC industry required
- Self-motivated with excellent collaboration skills
- Ability to work with multiple cultures
- Ability to view problems from different perspectives and find customer-centric solutions
- Inspired by personal interactions with customers and colleagues who are part of a global organization
- Travel estimated to be up to 30%.
