With your expertise, you will make a direct contribution to our LEAP 2030 strategy and significantly advance us in strategic growth areas like electric heating systems and pipe tracing. As a key part of a dedicated sales team, you will expand our market presence and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a trusted advisor, you will use your technical and commercial expertise to develop customized heating solutions perfectly tailored to your customers' needs.
- You will drive our growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners such as wholesalers, electrical installers, and planning offices.
- You will identify and develop new business opportunities, actively expanding our market share and thereby strengthening our presence.
- You will support and train our customers through compelling product presentations, training sessions, and workshops, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from our DEVI solutions.
- You will manage projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring smooth implementation through close collaboration with our internal technical and service teams.
What We're Looking For
- You have a technical education or a degree in electrical engineering or HVAC and possess a good technical understanding.
- You already have experience in technical field sales and enjoy advising and acquiring customers.
- You are a strong communicator and negotiator who works independently and enjoys direct customer contact. Fluency in German is required.
- You have the ambition to drive things forward, work independently, and are motivated to achieve your goals.
- You are proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or an existing network in the electrical trade in your region (Bavaria or NRW) is a major plus.
- You are able to communicate in English to interact with our international teams within the group.
