The Impact You'll Make

 
As our Sales Engineer Drives (m/f/d), you will play a key role in enabling energy efficient and reliable drive solutions for HVACR applications in non residential buildings.
Your impact? You create strong value for engineers, planners, OEMs and end customers by delivering tailored solutions that improve performance, reduce energy consumption and ensure project success across Southwest Germany.
You will collaborate with sales, research and development, logistics, technical and commercial support and service teams and take ownership of the full sales process in your region, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead the full project sales cycle from tendering to quotation and closing to deliver tailored technical drive solutions for HVACR applications
  • Support engineering offices, system integrators, OEMs, end customers and partners through technical and commercial consulting to ensure optimal solutions and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, research and development, logistics and service to ensure smooth project execution
  • Use your expertise in customer relationship management and new business development to grow market presence in Southwest Germany
  • Continuously learn and apply digital sales channels and social selling methods to expand your network and identify data driven market opportunities

What We're Looking For

 

  • Degree in electrical engineering or energy engineering with a focus on building technology or a comparable field and strong experience in project based technical sales, especially in MSR and building technology
  • Proficiency in digital sales tools such as Salesforce or willingness to learn and apply them effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a field based role and collaboratively in cross functional teams to achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication skills in German and English in a customer facing environment
  • A proactive and customer focused mindset with willingness to travel within the sales region and a valid driving license category B
