As our Maintenance Planner, you’ll play a key role in maximizing equipment reliability and operational efficiency by ensuring maintenance activities are planned, scheduled, and executed effectively. Your work will help minimize downtime, optimize resources, and support a safe and productive manufacturing environment.

You'll collaborate closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and external service providers while driving maintenance strategies that support business performance and customer success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
- Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and resources required for planned work.
- Manage work orders and maintenance schedules through CMMS tools, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and execution of activities.
- Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate maintenance windows and external service providers to ensure efficient execution of maintenance plans while minimizing operational disruptions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience supporting maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, or industrial operations environments.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies, as well as equipment criticality analysis and maintenance planning processes.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, MP9, or similar maintenance management systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
