As our Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, improving, and sustaining robust manufacturing processes that support operational excellence and business growth. You’ll collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, and Advanced Manufacturing teams, taking ownership of process design, machining optimization, engineering documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for existing and future products, ensuring stability, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Drive cost-out initiatives and continuous improvement projects that increase productivity and add value to manufacturing operations.
- Support shop floor operations by troubleshooting machining and process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes, improve manufacturing systems, and align operational priorities.
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, CNC programs, CAD models, and manufacturing standards to support process consistency and knowledge transfer.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering and metalworking processes within industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, CAD software, GD&T, CNC programming, and machining operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, including technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and global teams.
- A mindset of continuous improvement, collaboration, customer focus, and results-driven problem solving.
