As an Account Manager, you will be the face of Danfoss, building powerful relationships with our fluid conveyance distribution channel partners across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada.

You will have the autonomy to build your business and make a significant impact in a vital region. The salary range for this position will be $120,000 - $130,000 based on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive profitable sales growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with our distribution partners throughout your territory.
- Act as a trusted advisor to distributors and their customers, understanding their technical needs and delivering high-value fluid conveyance solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your assigned accounts, ensuring we meet and exceed our ambitious growth targets.
- Lead impactful quarterly business reviews with key partners to align on strategy, review performance, and plan for future success.
- Serve as the expert on your market, gathering and communicating key intelligence to keep Danfoss ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the hydraulics, fluid power, or a related industrial field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong technical and commercial skills.
- Proven success in managing accounts and building relationships, ideally within a distribution channel sales model.
- Excellent communication skills and the technical aptitude to understand and sell complex system solutions.
- The ability to travel up to 50% across your territory (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and Western Canada).
- Experience using a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline and market activity is a strong plus.
