What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver statutory and group financial reporting for assigned European entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely results.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, providing reliable financial data and clear insights into performance.
- Review and manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet & P&L analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R2R, AP, AR) and local finance partners to ensure alignment and data consistency.
- Drive process improvements and standardization, increasing efficiency, data quality, and automation across reporting activities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in R2R or general ledger accounting, including financial or statutory reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP, with understanding of financial close processes in a multinational environment.
- Basic knowledge of corporate income tax and motivation to further develop in this area.
- Experience with financial analysis, reconciliations, and accounting systems/tools.
- Clear communication skills in English and a problem-solving mindset to work effectively in a dynamic setting.
