Job Description:

The Impact You'll Make

As our Senior Analyst, Pricing, you’ll play a key role in improving value selling through feature-based pricing and empowering sales teams to make optimal pricing decisions.

Your impact? You’ll help transform the pricing function from a support role into a true strategic partner, challenging assumptions and providing proactive insights that drive profitable growth. Success means creating pricing strategies that enhance competitiveness, improve quote-to-cash efficiency, and deliver consistent customer experiences globally.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment with seasonal peaks, where your ability to analyse data, communicate clearly, and stand by your recommendations will make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create and implement global and regional pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop feature-based pricing models to support value selling and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with sales, portfolio management, finance, and regional pricing teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to improve existing pricing structures and guidelines and proactively challenge assumptions to optimize outcomes.
  • Present pricing recommendations to senior stakeholders and communicate confidently across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in pricing analysis and strategy, ideally in a global organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and standing by your recommendations—even under pressure.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.

We value candidates who thrive in busy periods, can handle complexity with confidence, and are eager to challenge the status quo to deliver better outcomes. You should be comfortable with occasional mistakes, take ownership, and learn from them, because growth is part of the journey.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
  5. A role based close to our plants in Nordborg, Denmark or Easley, South Carolina, with the expectation of on-site presence at least three days per week to foster collaboration. (If the qualifications are right, we can be more flexible on the location).
