What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute global supply strategies, and oversee global suppliers strategies and accountability;
Develop and implement sub-category strategies (ex. passive components, steel turn parts etc);
Lead negotiations and build a negotiation pipeline;
Drive global parallel negotiations and business awards;
Lead effective supplier relationship management acting as Danfoss key account (3T program);
Coordinate RFQs and benchmarking activities;
Maintain & update prices in SAP for global suppliers;
Monitor and analyze market, industry, technology trends within sub-category incl. how other industries impact the sub-category ex. supply, pricing, investments etc.
Engage with key stakeholders on business trends & inform proactive about relevant trends across Danfoss;
Analyze commodity market dynamics & how this impacts the sub-category;
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
Minimum 15 years of category management/sourcing experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role;
Strong data analysis, strategic planning & supplier negotiation capabilities, familiar with raw materials (Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Titanium);
Fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and category management tool;
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
