What You’ll Be Doing
• Work in cross functional team in design change activities arising from continuous improvements of quality and cost
• Keep promised deadlines
• Design and implement customer specific adaptations
• Drive engineering effort in quality issues affecting customers and/or manufacturing
• Address issues arising from design or bill of materials mistakes.
• Participate actively in quality improvement activities
• Coordinate changes with factories in China/India/Denmark/Mexico/Poland
• Support changes in supplier base
• Support in new product development projects
What We're Looking For
• Mechanical education background
• 5 years product design experience
• Familiar with new product development process
• Good English communication skill
• Good problem solving capability
