The Impact You'll Make
As Senior Product Support Engineer, you are responsible for initiating new product variant introduction accroding to new customer requirements and providing technical support internally and externally by utilizing product, production and application knowledge. You'll be a part of global cross functional teams with multiple stakeholders as well as internal and external customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
New Product Variant Execution
- Drive new product variant introduction of responsible produt families by following related workflows
- Initiate M0 proposal to PM by comprehansive considerations of technical hitrate and business case
- Be responsible on technical agreement towards customer, such as Engineering-sheet, Technical drawing, etc.
- Investigate and evaluate customer requirement via communicating with customer/sales for detail requirement review and cooperating with internal cross functional teams for technical review
- Provide smart solutions to customer by utilizing product, production and application knowledge
Technical Support
Provide support on technical issues/questions from Customer, Sales, Product management and Operations towards responsible prodcut families.
Continuous Improvement
Be responsible on New Product Variant related workfolws' updating and optimization
Support product portfolio optimization together with product management
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant background, with 3+ years' technical/application experience in relevant segments
Strong communication skills - Basic skills in 2D drawings and SAP
- Strong skill in MS Digital softwares(Powerapps, PowerBI) and Programming (eg:Python) will be a plus
- Customer oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, possitive, innovated and self-driven mindset, good team player in local and global cross functional teams
- Fluent English in Both written and verbal
