As our Senior HR Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational teams through effective workforce practices that enable business performance and a positive employee experience. You will partner closely with leaders to drive initiatives related to recruitment, labor relations, workforce planning, employee development, and organizational culture.

You’ll collaborate with operations leaders, HR teams, and employees across the organization, taking ownership of employee relations, HR processes, workforce planning, and leadership support, helping us move toward a more inclusive and people-focused future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support operational leaders by implementing HR initiatives related to staffing, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with managers and HR teams to resolve workforce challenges, including turnover, absenteeism, labor relations, and workplace conflicts.
- Implement standardized HR processes, communication materials, and training programs to ensure consistency and compliance across operational areas.
- Manage workforce data, dashboards, and HR reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advise leadership on labor relations topics, policy application, organizational changes, and corrective actions aligned with labor law and Danfoss standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR within a manufacturing or industrial environment, including labor relations support.
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, and Mexican Labor Law (LFT).
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, and HR reporting tools, with strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
- A mindset of collaboration, accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
