Danfoss is seeking an experienced Import & Export  Analyst, who will be supporting the International Trade team in Brazil.  You’ll be joining an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) company and a performance-focused and high-quality service-oriented team, dealing with local and international stakeholders (suppliers, customs broker, freight forwarders, etc) on daily basis, aiming to provide continuous improvement to the current processes and seeking solutions to optimize costs and delivery time on the import and export processes, always keeping global and local standards of Trade Compliance regulations. If you possess a solid background in Import & Export operations, relevant knowledge on international logistics and Trade Compliance, this job is for you. What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate and lead import and export shipments, keeping global and local legal standards;
  • Daily contact with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs broker;
  • Be updated on new regulations and procedures to be applied in the company whenever necessary;
  • Bring initiatives for possible cost and lead time optimization projects, implementation and follow-up plan;
  • Analyze monthly KPIs from freight forwarders to ensure targets are being achieved, prepare and follow up on
    action plans if required;
  • Organize and lead monthly performance review meetings with BUs;
  • Revise proposed lead times on local SLAs to the BUs on quarterly basis.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Import & Export operations (mandatory);
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Foreign Trade, Administration, Logistics, etc. (mandatory)
  • Advanced English (mandatory);
  • Intermediate Spanish (desirable);
  • SAP (desirable);
  • OneSource Global Trade (OSGT) system (desirable);
  • Office 365 tools (Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI).
