What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the factory’s end-to-end supply chain performance and drive improvements in service, inventory, cost, and supplier delivery.
- Set clear performance targets and ensure strong execution across planning, inbound logistics, and specialist teams.
- Develop and empower teams, building a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.
- Establish, monitor, and enhance KPIs to enable transparent, data-driven decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence by aligning and optimizing planning, inbound flows, and S&OE/SIOP processes.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of S&OE/SIOP, demand and capacity planning, and production scheduling.
- Ability to improve performance through effective KPI management and data-driven decisions.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on performance, collaboration, and developing teams.
What You'll Get from Us

You will have the mandate to make a real impact on how the factory performs, and the autonomy to drive improvements that shape future ways of working. All while enjoying a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life.
In Denmark, you will benefit from a comprehensive reward package including pension, bonus, paid vacation, insurance, and other local benefits.
