As our new job International Qualification Lab Manager, you will make sure that the quality and reliability of Semikron Danfoss power modules and chips meet and exceed customer requirements and international standards.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to accomplish the agreed and planned qualification projects in time, optimize the utilization of the lab equipment and contribute to continues product and reliability improvements in a multifunctional and international team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and develop an international qualification laboratory organization across multiple locations, ensuring alignment of processes, priorities, and objectives.
• Drive qualification and release activities for new products, product variants, and production changes, ensuring compliance with quality and reliability requirements.
• Manage laboratory operations, resource planning, and utilization to effectively support R&D, Production, Quality, and Analysis teams.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships and provide expert guidance on qualification standards, testing methodologies, and product readiness decisions.
• Foster an engaged international team culture, supporting leadership development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across countries and sites.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in electrical testing and qualification of (power) electronic devices
• Experience in managing and organizing a qualification lab in electronic industry
• Strong communication skills in Slovak and English (ideally also German or Italian)
• Cross-cultural leadership experience and skills
• Act according to testing and reliability standards and upskill on them
• Attention to accuracy (regarding standards, documentation and testing procedures)
• Basic knowledge of power electronics devices
• Strong background in statistics and failure investigation

The minimum annual gross salary for a permanent employment contract is EUR 69,000. The final offer will depend on the position, level of experience, and location.
