As our Senior Operations Manager- HydronicS, you will play a pivotal role in building a brand-new manufacturing footprint for our HydronicS division in Tallahassee, Florida. Your leadership will directly shape how we bring advanced, sustainable manufacturing capabilities to life—impacting customers, partners, and colleagues across the globe.
You will guide the full operational setup, from designing the production environment to deploying modern manufacturing technologies that drive quality, efficiency, and long-term scalability. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high‑impact transformation while influencing how we engineer tomorrow.
As operations come online, you’ll transition into leading the daily production team—ensuring our Tallahassee site delivers excellence, safety, and continuous improvement at every stage of growth.
This is an in-office role based at our Turbocor Global Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL
What You’ll Be Doing
- Establish and scale a new manufacturing footprint in Tallahassee, ensuring systems, teams, and processes are built for long-term success.
- Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, finance, HR, procurement, and quality to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Deploy modern manufacturing technologies and lean principles to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet financial and operational targets without compromising safety or quality.
- Identify risks and drive compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and internal policies to ensure seamless, sustainable operations.
What We're Looking For
- Deep experience in manufacturing operations, including establishing or scaling new production capabilities.
- Technical background (engineering or manufacturing systems) with strong financial and operational acumen.
- Proven leadership experience guiding teams and large-scale projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across cultures, teams, and organizational levels.
- Ability to travel up to 30% based on project phase and business needs.

- 10+ years of Operational/People leadership & 15+ years of Manufacturing experience
