What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead complex engineering initiatives, supporting existing products and driving cost-out and product dispositions.
- Create technical drawings for custom tubing and serve as a technical leader across teams in Querétaro and Van Wert.
- Develop test plans, analyze performance data, and deliver clear, conclusive technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve technical issues and support ongoing product needs.
- Ensure project milestones are met, maintaining effective communication and monitoring critical performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in product engineering or manufacturing engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or another Engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in advanced problem-solving tools, engineering analysis, and technical communication.
- Experience leading complex engineering projects and mentoring peers.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong technical communication skills.
