The Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Product Manager for our Turbocor compressor portfolio, you will shape the future of high-efficiency, oil-free HVAC solutions that power more sustainable buildings worldwide. Your work will directly influence how customers reduce energy consumption, lower emissions, and meet evolving regulatory demands.
You’ll sit at the center of market insight, customer needs, and innovation—translating real-world challenges into products that deliver measurable value. By aligning strategy with execution, you will help ensure our portfolio stays competitive, relevant, and positioned for long-term growth.
This is a highly visible role where your voice of the customer, market perspective, and product expertise will drive meaningful outcomes for OEMs, partners, and end users across the globe.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and guide product strategy
- Translate voice of customer insights into clear product requirements that drive innovation and value
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and operations to deliver successful product outcomes
- Shape the product roadmap and lifecycle to ensure competitiveness and long-term portfolio performance
- Support customer engagement and qualification activities to expand adoption and strengthen market positioning
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, application engineering, business development, or related roles within the HVAC/R industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems; compressor knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience working with OEMs, end users, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
