What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the performance and competitiveness of your product portfolio, making sure it delivers strong results in the market today and is ready for tomorrow’s opportunities.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from launch to phase-out—optimizing portfolio attractiveness and ensuring every product meets customer needs and business goals.
- Create compelling value propositions that clearly show customers why our solutions are the right choice, driving both sales growth and market differentiation.
- Champion operational excellence and cash generation, ensuring our portfolio is not only innovative but also efficient and profitable.
- Work in a culture of collaboration and growth, partnering across functions and levels—living our ONE BC mindset where feedback, shared purpose, and teamwork drive success.
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical understanding combined with business or innovation expertise—whether gained through formal education or hands on experience in roles such as product management, project management, or similar.
- Several years’ experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or a related role.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer insights, competitor data, and market trends for strategic decision-making.
- A hands-on, results-oriented mindset with a collaborative, open, and positive approach.
