Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Intercompany to support global ERP transformation initiatives, including the One ERP implementation and LEAP 2030 growth strategy. This role will focus on standardizing and improving intercompany processes across a global landscape, bridging business and IT to ensure alignment across systems, data, and operations. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, improving data quality, and enabling a more digital and customer-centric organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze current intercompany processes and define scalable future-state designs aligned with the One ERP template
- Drive adoption of hybrid intercompany models and align global buying and selling entities
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, M&A integrations, and system/data changes
- Ensure high-quality data migration and validate end-to-end testing scenarios for deployments
- Coordinate deployment and cutover activities to ensure successful system go-live
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and program teams, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within ERP transformation environments
- Strong expertise in end-to-end intercompany processes and system setup
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with ERP implementations, data migration, and M&A integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EDI, integrations, and middleware solutions
- Experience working in global or multinational environments
