As a Senior Project Manager, you won't just manage timelines—you'll shape outcomes, remove blockers, and ensure your teams have what they need to succeed in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development programs from business case approval to product release and handover to operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of business-critical launches
- Manage cross-functional project teams (typically 5–10 people), creating clear objectives, driving execution, and keeping everyone aligned on scope, schedule, resources, and dependencies
- Navigate complexity with confidence: take over mid-flight projects, stabilize delivery, remove blockers, and drive to successful closure even in ambiguous or high-pressure situations
- Own risk and budget management, coordinate with suppliers and partners, and escalate issues with clear recommendations and fact-based solutions
- Be a constructive sparring partner for teams and stakeholders—ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and secure commit-ready decisions that move projects forward
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in product development and program leadership in an R&D or engineering environment, ideally within industrial, HVAC, electronics, or related technical fields
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from concept to launch, balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: you can clarify complex issues, provide constructive feedback, and communicate risks and updates clearly to all levels
- Business acumen combined with technical curiosity—you understand both the commercial impact and the technical realities of product development
- Comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities: you use structure, facts, and collaboration to create trust and drive outcomes in dynamic environments
